DMCA Notice and Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take immediate steps to remove or disable access to the identified material in accordance with the DMCA and other relevant laws. Additionally, we may share the details of your DMCA notice, including your contact information, with the alleged infringer for resolution purposes.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you have the option to submit a DMCA counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the removed or disabled content, including its previous location.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A clear statement, made under penalty of perjury, asserting your good faith belief that the content was taken down due to an error or misidentification.
• A declaration stating that you consent to the jurisdiction of your federal district court (or a relevant judicial district if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept legal service from the original complainant or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature, confirming the validity of the counter-notice.
